Craniosacral Therapy

Craniosacral Therapy (CST) is a light-touch manual therapy that supports your body’s innate ability to heal. CST addresses pain, compensation and tension patterns, dysfunction, and degeneration of the brain and spinal cord, nerves, body tissues, joints, and cells. It is a hands-on method of whole body evaluation and treatment that can have a positive impact on every system of the body.

How do I know if I need CST?

Craniosacral Therapy works directly with the various structures, systems, and functions of the body, from the most superficial layer, to the deepest inner workings of individual cells. When we are experiencing complications in the body, it all stems back to the brain and spinal cord, as well as, the tissues and fluids surrounding them.

Craniosacral Therapy goes beyond treating symptoms and focuses on locating and healing the source of problems. Our bodies have the ability to heal. We just need to give them the right environment and help they need to get there.

What Happens in a CST Session?

During a CST session, clients rest comfortably on a cozy treatment table and remain fully clothed. No oils, lotions, products, or tools are used. The practitioner uses her hands to gently evaluate and treat compromised areas of the body using light pressure.
